Reverend Lucy Marshall

Rev. Lucy Marshall is an Associate Minister of Zion Church Ministries. Under the guidance of Bishop Robert G. Brown, Rev. Marshall preaches and teaches as an instructor for Wednesday Night Bible Studies and is responsible for the development of Prison Ministry programs. Rev. Marshall retired in December 2020 from MCI Framingham after serving twenty years as the Protestant Prison Chaplain.

She continues to be available for ministry to families of incarcerated and newly released individuals and conducts classes on prison avoidance. In addition, she provides resources for prison volunteer opportunities for individuals and churches.

Rev. Marshall is a founding Board member of Ready, Inspire, Act (RIA), an organization committed to accompanying people (mostly women) who wish to leave the sex trafficking trade, and is also a resource for churches and individuals who wish to help in this work. Rev. Marshall earned a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Norwich University in Montpelier, Vermont, and has taken graduate courses in Psychology at Framingham State University and at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She is the wife of Rev. Benjamin K. Marshall, Sr.
