Bishop Regina E. Shearer
Bishop Regina E. Shearer serves as Executive Pastor of Zion Church Ministries and has been in ministry for 33 years.
She oversees the administration and ministries of Zion Church Ministries, preaches, teaches, and works directly under the supervision of Bishop Robert G. Brown, providing direct oversight over ministry leaders and working with the ministerial staff members in an advisory role regarding their ministries.
She teaches Women’s Bible Studies, coordinates the Wednesday night Disciples’ Hour Bible Study, in which she also teaches, and oversees the music ministry of the church. Bishop Shearer is a national preacher and speaker and has an extensive list of accomplishments and awards. In addition to her service at Zion, she is the Dean of and an instructor for the Covenant Christian Bible Institute (CCBI). Bishop Shearer was elevated to the office of Bishop in May 2016, and currently serves as the Educational and Administrative Bishop for the Covenant Christian Church Alliance, Inc.
In that role, she serves as administrator for the CCCA churches and pastors. In addition, she is the host of the Winning Women Talk Show, broadcast on Saturdays on RGB Internet Radio, a subsidiary of RGB World Enterprises. Bishop Shearer retired from Rivier University as Associate Vice President of Learning Effectiveness in 2020, where she worked for 20 years. Her educational background includes degrees in Physics, French, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Humanitarian Service conferred by Rivier University.
